As a cloud engineer, you will play a pivotal role in engineering, scaling, and operating highly sophisticated AWS environments that drive real-time, high-performance systems. You'll be solving challenging technical problems while shaping the future of cloud-native platforms within a world-class engineering team.The ideal cloud engineer will bring strong AWS engineering experience alongside deep Kubernetes expertise (essential). • Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure for production workloads
• Architect and manage Kubernetes (EKS) environments for high-performance compute and orchestration
• Implement and optimise cloud-native solutions focused on reliability, scalability, and performance
• Own infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
• Ensure high availability, monitoring, and observability across cloud platforms
• Drive best practices in cloud security, access control, and governance
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver efficient and robust infrastructure solutions

• 4+ years experience as a Cloud Engineer / Platform Engineer / DevOps Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS)
• Kubernetes expertise - mandatory (design, deployment, scaling, troubleshooting)
• Experience with containerisation (Docker) and orchestration at scale
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and system reliability
• Experience operating production-grade cloud environments

• Experience in high-performance or low-latency environments
• Exposure to financial services, trading systems, or large-scale compute platforms
