Sales Associate - Equities & Venture Capital - #2095977

A growing Investment Management boutique is looking for an exceptional individual to join its Equities and Venture Capital business. This is not a role for someone looking to simply do a job. It's an opportunity for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial person to work directly alongside a highly successful business leader and gain a front-row seat to how deals are originated, relationships are built and businesses are grown.

Perhaps you started a business at university. Maybe you've launched a side venture, built a community, sold a product, created a brand, or simply found ways to make things happen when others didn't. Whatever the story, you've always been drawn to opportunities rather than instructions.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience within Investment Management, Equities Sales or Capital Markets, with Venture Capital exposure viewed favourably. More importantly, you'll possess the curiosity, energy and commercial instincts that can't be taught.

You'll be joining a lean, high-performance environment where initiative is valued and responsibility is earned quickly. You'll work closely with senior leadership, gaining exposure that would typically take years to achieve in a larger organisation.

We're looking for someone who:

1. Has 3+ years' experience within Equities, Capital Markets or a related environment
2. Has Venture Capital experience or a strong interest in the asset class
3. Is naturally entrepreneurial and commercially driven
4. Takes ownership and thrives without excessive structure or supervision
5. Is intellectually curious and constantly looking to learn
6. Enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities
7. Wants to work with exceptional people and accelerate their development
8. Sees themselves as a future business leader, founder or entrepreneur
