Visitor Experience Assistant (Casual) - #2096569

RADA is seeking a customer focused Visitor Experience Administrator to join our Operations Team. This is a visible, front facing role that ensures a welcoming, inclusive and professional experience for all students, staff, audiences, visitors and course participants.

This role is primarily based on Saturdays, supporting RADA’s busiest public activity, with additional shifts offered as required.

As the first point of contact, you will provide a high standard of customer service while supporting the safety and security of RADA’s buildings. Working as part of a team, you will respond to enquiries, offer clear information and contribute to the smooth day to day operation across sites.

The role includes key administrative support, such as managing emails and calls, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records and assisting with internal documentation and reporting.

Flexibility is essential. You will work across multiple sites and provide roaming support when needed to assist Duty Managers and the wider team. Strong attention to detail, reliability, presentation and a consistent customer focused approach are central to success in this role
