Strategic Partnerships Manager / London / Asset Management / £80k - £120k + bonus
EJC is partnering with a London based Asset Manager who are expanding their Strategic Partnership team. For this role, we need someone with experience in the tax efficient space to be successful. You don't necessarily need to have partnerships experience to apply (although it would be beneficial), we would also look at successful business development managers who are looking to make a switch.
Responsibilities -
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of key strategic alliance accounts.
- Drive significant year-over-year revenue growth from managed accounts.
- Ensure revenue from strategic partners constitutes a substantial portion of the team's overall targets.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and onboard new high-value alliance partners with significant revenue potential.
- Evaluate and qualify all new inbound partnership and premium service inquiries.
- Strategically plan, coordinate, and execute both internal and external events to foster key relationships.
- Develop and lead technical training programs for the strategic partnerships team and the broader sales organisation.
- Author and produce high-quality written content, including technical documentation, thought leadership, and sales collateral.
- Possess and apply expert-level technical knowledge of specialised investment structures and regulatory frameworks.
- Develop original content and present key insights and strategies at internal sales meetings.
- Exemplify company values and demonstrate leadership through consistent, professional conduct.
- Collaborate closely with the extended sales team to develop and implement joint strategic initiatives with partners.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and compelling content themes.
Key Skills -
- Seasoned professional with expertise in specialised, regulation-driven investment products.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience within the tax-advantaged space.
- Proven background in a strategic partnerships, key account management, or business development capacity.
- Exceptional presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strategically minded with a focus on long-term growth and innovative business development.
- In-depth understanding of and a steadfast commitment to adhering to all company compliance protocols and internal procedures.
