We’re looking for a relationship-driven Partnerships Associate to help build and nurture referral partnerships with estate agents and mortgage brokers. This is a key role in driving new business and strengthening long-term relationships.

The Role

As a Partnerships Associate, you will:

• Build and manage relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers
• Make outbound calls to warm contacts who have previously worked with the firm
• Gather feedback and introduce partners to the referral process
• Convert suitable contacts into active referrers
• Assess whether potential partners are a good long-term fit
• Act as the relationship manager for your partners, handling check-ins and escalations
• Monitor referral activity, lead flow and conversion rates
• Work towards weekly and monthly targets

About You

• Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
• Confident speaking to a wide range of stakeholders
• Motivated by targets and commercial outcomes
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working remotely
• Experience in property, estate agency/sales progression, mortgage services or business development is essential
• Developed a good knowledge of the conveyancing world
