Residential Conveyancer/Property Lawyer – Fully Remote

Salary: £40,000–£60,000 per year (DOE)

Job Description:

If you’re an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to focus on the legal elements of a conveyancing file - without the admin overload - this could be the perfect next step.

Stride Recruitment are working with a highly rated, tech-driven conveyancing firm who are expanding their fully remote team. You’ll be supported by experienced Paralegals who handle the day-to-day progression, enabling you to concentrate on the technical aspects of each transaction.

The Role:

• Handling a manageable caseload of freehold & leasehold sale and purchase files from instruction to completion
• Title checking, raising enquiries and reporting to clients
• Reviewing searches and mortgage offers
• Dealing with sale enquiries
• Managing exchange and completion
• Liaising with clients, solicitors and estate agents throughout

The Requirements:

• Experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Conveyancing Fee Earner
• Minimum 2 years’ experience handling residential conveyancing files
• Confident title checking (freehold essential; leasehold experience preferred)
• Able to manage the technical aspects of a caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong communicator and confident user of a case management system
