Property Finance Paralegal – London

We are working with a highly regarded law firm in the West End that is looking for an experienced Property Finance Paralegal to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex transactions and gain exposure to high-value matters.

The Role:

• Assist fee earners with the preparation and review of loan documentation, security agreements and related legal documents
• Conduct due diligence on borrowers and collateral
• Liaise with lender & borrower clients and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
• Maintain accurate records and manage case files efficiently
• Support senior lawyers with drafting and compliance tasks

About You:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property finance
• Strong understanding of loan documentation and security structures
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
