The Pega Lead System Architect is responsible for ensuring the scalability and performance of Pega CLM applications. The role focuses on effective architecture design and implementation of complex workflows while maintaining strong optimization and functionality of the core product.

• Ensure the scalability and performance of Pega CLM applications through effective architectural design.

• Create and implement complicated workflows, decision techniques, and interactions with external systems.

• Identify, build, and maintain common components across projects.

• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product and databases to ensure optimization and functionality.

• Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams.

• Interact with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, and the QA team.

• Offer directions and guidance to team members on using the latest Pega studios and tools.

• Support in scoping and sizing Pega features.

• Work in Level 2 support to resolve production incidents.

• Extensive experience with Pega systems and applications.

• Strong understanding of architecture design principles.

• Proven ability to create complex workflows and decision strategies.

• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing databases.

• Familiarity with external system integrations.

• Recent certifications in Pega architecture.

• Experience working with business stakeholders and agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of L2 production support processes.
