As a People Advisor in the Group People Hub team, you'll play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional employee experience that empowers our people to thrive. Your expertise and dedication will directly contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment, enabling our business to achieve its strategic goals.

What you can offer

  • Experience working in a multi-site, multi-business environment, including on-site and remote working practices and understanding the challenges
  • Experienced in full end-to-end employee life-cycle processing and associated policies, and best practices
  • Proficiency in using HR information systems (Sage People preferred) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in independently managing low-level employee relations casework
  • Expertise in coaching/upskilling managers on people best practices
  • Good understanding of employment law and a proactive approach to staying up-to-date
