Independent Specialist Schools | Remote with National Travel
Salary: Up to £65,000 + £4,500 car allowance + shares + discretionary bonus
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)

We're looking for a Quality Improvement Partner to join a forward-thinking education services group, supporting a portfolio of independent specialist schools. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you'll work closely with school leaders to raise standards, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional education provision.
What you'll be doing- Partner with Headteachers and senior leaders to drive school improvement and performance
- Lead on quality assurance, compliance, and inspection readiness
- Use data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify improvements and shape strategy
- Ensure schools meet Independent School Standards and regulatory requirements
- Support governance processes and contribute to strategic leadership discussions
- Provide expert guidance on safeguarding, risk, and best practice
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, L&D, Quality) to deliver improvements
- Lead and manage service-level agreements (SLAs) across multiple sites
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a postgraduate qualification in education
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within education
- Strong track record of leading successful inspections and driving improvement
- Deep knowledge of education standards, compliance, and safeguarding
- Experience managing multi-site or complex education environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across different locations (From Scotland all the way down to Cornwall)
- Full UK driving licence (national travel required)
