What will you do as a Finance Assistant

Review invoices, remittances and resolve discrepancies
Process sales and purchase invoices
Assist with month end & VAT registrations
Chase outstanding debt, send weekly invoices, statements and credit notes
Collate and reconcile Amazon sales data, generate settlement and financial reports

What will you need to be a Finance Assistant

Happy to be based onsite 5 days a week
Strong Excel skills
Worked with a varied finance or accounts receivable role
AAT level 2 qualified or finance graduate
Amazon central experience would be an advantage
