About the Role

SectorBridge Recruitment is looking for a motivated and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team, specialising in the UK Chartered Accountancy market.

This is a 360 recruitment role focused on building and developing long-term relationships within the accountancy practice market. You will work with a high-quality candidate pool, including newly qualified through to senior management level.

The desk has strong growth potential, with consistent demand for qualified accountants across audit, tax and advisory disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client portfolio within the UK Chartered Accountancy market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and hiring managers within accountancy firms
• Source and place ACA, ACCA and CTA-qualified professionals, from newly qualified to senior management level
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: business development, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer management, and post-placement care
• Act as a market expert, advising clients on salary benchmarking, talent availability, and hiring trends
• Proactively generate new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
• Consistently meet and exceed individual revenue targets

About You

• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within a 360 or agency environment
• Experience recruiting within the UK Chartered Accountancy market
• Proven track record in business development and building strong client relationships
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Highly target-driven, commercially minded, and resilient under pressure
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage and maintain a robust pipeline
