• Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple EMEA countries.
• Source, screen, interview and shortlist high-quality candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Conduct competency-based telephone and virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from application through onboarding.
• Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment activity and candidate records.
• Produce offer letters and support candidates through the pre-employment process.
• Monitor recruitment performance and provide accurate reporting.
• Support employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives across digital platforms.
• Build relationships with industry professionals, universities and recruitment networks across Europe.
• Contribute to cross-border recruitment projects across Germany, France, Spain, Poland and other EMEA markets.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to share market intelligence and sourcing strategies.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Fluent German language skills (essential).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Full Cycle Recruiting.
• Experience recruiting across European or international markets, recruitment within professional services or corporate environments
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other recruitment channels.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment technologies.
• A collaborative, customer-focused approach.
