Interim SEND Reform Programme Lead

Based in London, hybrid working

Length: likely 6 months

We are working with a London Local Authority who are looking to appoint a senior SEN expert to take their Reform Programme forward.

To be successful in this role you, you will:

• Be required to translate the SEND Reform plan into a programme of work, including driving forward planning, managing risk, building stakeholder relationships and having ownership of delivery
• Be able to grip and native complex multi agency ways of working and stakeholders
• Bring vast SEND experience in a Local Authority
• Be able to evidence success in a transformation programme across SEN
• Have the ability to be credible with senior stakeholders, delivery project assurance and have overarching responsibility for programme delivery and pace
