  • Partner with Finance, Underwriting, Actuarial and other business functions to improve planning and reporting.
  • Help develop and enhance planning models, reporting tools and forecasting processes.
  • Support strategic projects and provide insight to senior leadership on business performance.

What we're looking for

  • ACA qualified (preferred) or equivalent, with around 5+ years' experience in FP&A, finance, strategy, actuarial or commercial analysis.
  • Experience within insurance, reinsurance or the London Market.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
  • Experience using planning, forecasting or reporting systems is advantageous.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Naturally curious, commercially minded and motivated by solving complex problems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with high visibility.

Why consider this opportunity?

  • Genuine exposure to Executive Leadership and strategic decision-making.
  • Broad role spanning FP&A, commercial analysis and business strategy.
  • High-profile international business operating in a dynamic market.
  • Opportunity to influence how the business plans, forecasts and measures performance.
  • Collaborative, ambitious team with plenty of scope for development and progression.
