A global law firm is hiring a Senior Conflicts Analyst to join its London based Business Acceptance team. This position focuses on conflicts analysis and regulatory compliance across the firm's international network.
Key Duties
- Support ABA conflicts matters alongside UK Partners and US teams
- Conduct and review conflicts checks
- Prepare waivers, consents, and engagement documentation
- Maintain ethical walls and related records
- Assist with complex conflicts and compliance queries
- Review new client and matter intake submissions
Essential Experience Required
- Degree educated or equivalent experience
- Previous ABA conflicts experience in a legal or professional services setting
- Strong understanding of SRA and ABA regulations
