Daily Supply Teaching Assistants Needed | Southeast London | Flexible Work | Immediate Start

Are you a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Southeast London? We are currently working with a range of supportive and welcoming primary schools seeking Teaching Assistants to provide day-to-day classroom support.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, graduates, or individuals looking to gain valuable experience within education while enjoying the flexibility of supply work.

• Position: Daily Supply Teaching Assistant
• Location: Southeast London
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Type: Temporary / Daily Supply
• Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
• Pay Rate: From £100 per day
• Working Pattern: Flexible - choose the days that suit you

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support pupils with varying learning abilities and additional needs
• Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and academic progress

• Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare, or youth work setting
• A positive, enthusiastic, and flexible approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
