Title: Car Fleet Coordinator AUTOMOTIVE

Salary : base of £30k +to £800 per month incentive and 10-15% bonus

Realistic earnings : £43,000- £45,000 in year one

Sector : Passenger cars

Work style: Office based

The role in a nutshell: You will be keeping the fleet business organised, efficient, and running smoothly and be supporting leasing companies, fleet customers, and dealers

On top of the base salary your earnings will be bumped-up considerably by the extra £800 per month incentive payments and annual bonus of 10%-15%.

DUTIES

1)Reporting & pricing management

· Generalfleet orders management & vehicle administration

· Tracking car orders, monitoring stock levels, checking registrations

· Use of Excel to maintain information and help forecast/track demand

· Doing quarterly pricing updates & Checking special pricing terms for customers

· Updating fleet prices and discounts

2)Customer service

· Speaking with leasing companies, fleet customers, and dealers

· Organising and coordinating car delivery timelines (dealers/customers)

· Helping dealers with their fleet programmes

3)Managing the Demo fleet

· Managing the company’s demo vehicles

· Generally managing the location of the vehicles/availability /returns

4)Supporting marketing and events

· Providing admin support for dealer fleet marketing campaigns

· Assisting with dealer events and tracking results

· Providing marketing materials and point-of-sale materials

· social media outreach and communications

5)Motability support

· support dealers/customers with terms of Motability scheme

· ensure legal processes are followed

REQUIREMENTS

· Experience within the automotive and/or leasing

· Experience in Fleet Administration and working with customers.

· Excel
