Executive Search Researcher | London West End | £35,000-£55,000 DOE

A well-established International Executive Search firm is seeking a Researcher to support its high-performing team. This is a great opportunity to apply your professional services knowledge in a dynamic, project-driven environment.

The role:

As Researcher, you will support senior search consultants across the full project lifecycle, including:

• Conducting market intelligence to gather data on industry trends, compensation and competitor activity
• Managing the logistical details of search assignments from initial briefing through to position profile drafting
• Building and managing long and short lists for active mandates
• Market mapping: analysing competitor landscapes, organisational structures and identifying target candidates
• Maintaining and updating the internal candidate database

About you:

• We are recruiting both a senior level and junior level researcher; therefore please apply if you have at least 1+ years experience in a relevant role. (2-3 years experience needed for the senior level)
• Background in professional services (legal, accountancy or similar) — either in a recruitment, business development or client-facing capacity
• Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail
• Degree educated
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
