This niche leading law firm based in the City of London is looking for a Recruitment Advisor to lead their TA offering. In a stand alone role this is a full 360 recruitment opportunity working across all parts of the business. From working with line to understand more about the role, advertising, sourcing, making recommendations for interview, offer and onboarding this is a great opportunity for someone with solid recruitment experience to really own a TA process. The firm has under 200 employees and this role reports into the Head of HR. Another side of the role is all the project activity you wil be involved in, such as consistent improvement of the candidate experience, EVP, advertising ideas etc. If you have the full 360 recruitment experience, have worked in a corporate environment, and are looking for more ownership in your role, get in touch!
