We are delighted to be partnering with a highly respected private medical clinic on Harley Street to find a warm, organised, and proactive Clinic Coordinator / Receptionist to join their close-knit team.
The successful Clinic Coordinator / Receptionist will be the reassuring first point of contact for patients, helping to create a calm, welcoming environment from the moment they walk through the door. Based in beautifully presented consulting rooms, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every patient journey feels seamless, professional, and genuinely cared for.
Previous experience within a private medical clinic is advantageous.
37.5 hours per week, Monday-Saturday
Shift patterns between: 08:00-16:30, 09:00-17:30, 09:30-18:00
3 Saturdays per month (with weekday of your choice off in lieu)
Fully clinic-based role at our Harley Street location
Saturday hours: 08:00-16:00

Patients visiting the clinic are often seeking specialist care and reassurance. Your role will be central to making them feel comfortable, informed, and supported at every stage. Internally, you will work alongside Surgeons, Optometrists, Nurses, and Patient Care Coordinators to keep the clinic running smoothly and efficiently.

Clinic Coordinator / Receptionist - What You’ll Be Doing
• Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
• Providing clear information so patients feel informed and at ease
• Managing and coordinating complex diaries for 8 Optometrists and 4 Surgeons
• Handling a high volume of appointment bookings with accuracy and efficiency
• Acting as the central point of contact for patients, clinicians, contractors, and suppliers
• Processing payments and refunds across multiple systems
• Gathering patient feedback and testimonials to support continuous improvement
• Maintaining immaculate clinic spaces
• Supporting the wider team with essential administrative duties, from updating records to preparing documentation
