We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis to oversee the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects across the London area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing site operations safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within programme.
  • Oversee daily site operations, including subcontractor management, logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship through effective quality assurance and technical control.
  • Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety legislation, company policies, and site procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and proactively address quality, safety, and programme issues.
  • Lead and motivate site teams, fostering a collaborative and professional working environment.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Managing Director.
  • Identify risks and implement practical solutions to maintain programme and project objectives.


Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical standards, and quality management.
  • Excellent understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and best practice.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • CSCS Manager Card.
  • First Aid at Work qualification.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.


Desirable

  • Experience delivering modular, fit-out, or commercial construction projects.
