As a Key Account Manager, you will inherit an established portfolio of active recruitment agency accounts, giving you the opportunity to make an immediate impact while developing your earnings through account growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Account Manager, Recruitment Consultant or payroll professional seeking a more strategic, relationship-led role within a growing and highly respected business.
The Opportunity
This is far more than account maintenance.
You will become a trusted adviser to recruitment agencies, strengthening relationships, increasing contractor volumes and identifying commercial opportunities across your portfolio. You'll have genuine ownership, autonomy and the opportunity to influence revenue growth from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of recruitment agency accounts
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Increase contractor numbers and account revenue
- Identify opportunities to expand service usage
- Support client onboarding and contractor engagement
- Act as the primary contact for agency and contractor enquiries
- Work closely with payroll, compliance and operations teams
- Deliver an exceptional client experience
