Salary: £35,000 to £45,000

Capio Recruitment are partnering with a highly regarded Financial Planning firm that is looking to appoint a Client Relationship Executive to join its London office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator or Paraplanner who enjoys building relationships and wants to move into a more client centric role. Rather than focusing purely on administration, you'll become the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of clients, working closely with Financial Advisers to deliver an outstanding ongoing service while helping to strengthen long term client relationships.

This is not a junior administration position. The business is looking for someone with strong industry experience, a positive and proactive mindset, and someone who genuinely enjoys working with clients. The Role

• Acting as the main day to day contact for a portfolio of Financial Planning clients
• Building trusted relationships through regular communication and proactive service
• Working alongside Financial Advisers to ensure a seamless client journey
• Coordinating client reviews, meetings and ongoing servicing requirements
• Liaising with providers and internal teams to ensure client requests are completed efficiently
• Supporting advisers with the implementation of recommendations and follow up actions
• Identifying opportunities to improve the overall client experience
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring excellent service standards are consistently delivered

What's Needed to Be Considered?

• Previous experience within an Independent Financial Adviser or Wealth Management firm
• Background as an experienced IFA Administrator, Senior Administrator or Paraplanner
• Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for building client relationships
• A proactive, organised and solution focused approach
• Strong understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning processes
• Progress towards the Level 4 Diploma would be advantageous, although not essential
• Someone who is ambitious, positive and excited to become part of a growing Financial Planning business
