Salary: £50K plus extensive benefits package

Hours: 09-5.30

Objectives:

• To oversee the day-to-day in-house property leasing process that supports the Sales team, Renewals team and the Building Managers in completing new lettings and lease renewals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Producing leases, lease summaries and legal notices.
• Assisting the Leasing Executives and overseeing the quality and speed of the lease completion process.
• Handling the more complex lease negotiations with tenant representatives.
• Compiling information for pre-contract enquiries.
• Drafting and negotiating lease clauses.
• Assisting with Landlord & Tenant documentation (e.g., assignments, subletting, rent review memorandum, wayleave agreements, deeds of surrender and notices to quit).
• Carrying out lease pre and post completion checks and checking legal notices prior to service.
• Carrying out quality control checks on the property management database.
• Assisting with due diligence work and Land Registry searches on property acquisitions and disposals.
