The Role

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the placement and servicing of Property & Casualty risks.
* Preparing market presentations, renewal submissions and placing slips.
* Building relationships with insurers, underwriters and clients.
* Negotiating quotations and assisting with new business placements.
* Managing policy documentation, endorsements and mid-term adjustments.
* Attending client and insurer meetings alongside senior brokers.
* Taking increasing ownership of your own portfolio as your experience grows.
* Contributing ideas and helping shape the future growth of the business.
Who We're Looking For
* Around 2+ years' experience within insurance broking, account handling or underwriting support.
* Exposure to Property & Casualty business, either retail or wholesale.
* Someone who is ambitious and looking for genuine career progression.
* A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
