The Opportunity
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, UK-based training and development organisation that supports individuals and employers through apprenticeships, skills programmes, and professional training.

They are looking to appoint a Recruitment & Operations Executive to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied role combining recruitment coordination with broader operational support.

The Role

This position sits within the Operations team and will focus on managing the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting wider operational activities across the business.
It’s an ideal role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and thrives on working with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers
  • Work closely with hiring managers and external agencies
  • Maintain talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Support onboarding processes and recruitment campaigns
Operations Support
  • Assist with learner enrolment and attendance tracking
  • Maintain registers and support compliance processes
  • Coordinate documentation, exam materials, and data records
  • Support GDPR-related queries and general administration
  • Assist with internal engagement initiatives and ad hoc projects

Candidate Profile

Essential:
  • Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or coordination
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Desirable:
  • Experience within training, education, or skills environments
  • Familiarity with apprenticeships or bootcamp programmes
  • Exposure to compliance or audit-driven processes
  • Experience working with agencies or external partners
