Interim Headteacher - #2108207

£400-£500 per day
The role will involve:
* Providing strategic and operational leadership to a 1-form entry primary school
* Leading the school through the Autumn Term and maintaining stability across teaching, learning and school improvement
* Preparing the school for an upcoming Ofsted inspection and evidencing progress made since the previous inspection
* Driving improvement priorities and ensuring continued progress against the school development plan
* Supporting staff performance, pupil outcomes and the overall quality of education
* Working closely with governors, senior leaders and stakeholders to maintain high standards across the school
* Ensuring safeguarding, attendance and compliance requirements are effectively managed
* Acting as a visible and credible leader for pupils, staff and the wider school community
? Previous Headteacher experience in a primary school setting is essential, with a strong track record of school improvement and Ofsted readiness.
