A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support & Client Services Administrator to join a large, well-established accountancy firm based in the City of London.
This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting a busy team, where you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional client service, coordinating sales administration and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. We're looking for a highly organised administrator with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities- Provide sales and administrative support to a busy client-facing team.
- Manage client subscriptions, contract renewals and ongoing service administration.
- Process invoices accurately and resolve invoice queries with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients when required.
- Arrange client meetings and maintain accurate client contact lists.
- Coordinate training administration, including preparing materials and supporting event logistics.
- Manage incoming emails, enquiries and helpdesk requests.
- Format and prepare professional documents and presentations.
- Organise business travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, templates and office systems.
- Support data management activities, ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Assist with project coordination and team logistics.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system and other business platforms.
- Build positive relationships with clients and colleagues, delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Support continuous improvement of administrative processes and undertake additional duties as required.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous experience in a sales support, client services or administration role.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and confident communication style.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach to work.
- Experience within a professional services, technology, IT services or corporate environment would be advantageous.
- An understanding of the charity sector would be beneficial but is not essential.
- A strong academic background, including A Levels and GCSEs (or equivalent).
