Sales & Marketing Internship / Trainee Opportunity - #2108287

Are you motivated, confident, and eager to gain practical experience in sales and marketing? We're looking for enthusiastic trainees and interns to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on experience, ongoing mentorship, and the opportunity to progress into a full-time employed role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact 80–100 working professionals or prospective customers each day to introduce our and our partners' products and services.
• Identify potential customers by understanding their upskilling needs and career goals.
• Present products and services through phone and video consultations.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Meet daily activity targets and weekly enrolment goals.
• Create engaging marketing content for social media platforms.
• Generate leads through digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain accurate daily activity records.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• A laptop and mobile phone.
• Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, lead generation or content creation is essential.

What We Offer

• A self-employed internship with commission-based earnings (OTE up to £40,000).
• Comprehensive mentoring and practical training throughout the internship.
• The opportunity to progress to a full-time employed position with a competitive basic salary plus commission after consistently achieving targets for three months and meeting the required performance standards.
• Applicants who do not yet have the relevant experience or qualifications may be offered the opportunity to complete a self-funded training programme to help develop the skills required for the role before progressing further.
