An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a growing and creative organisation on a temp-to-perm basis.This is a hands-on, people-focused role offering exposure to a broad range of HR activities, with a particular focus on employee relations. You'll work closely with managers across the business, providing expert guidance on people matters while helping to create a positive and engaging employee experience.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships and have a passion for delivering pragmatic HR solutions, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a varied employee relations caseload including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, investigations and performance matters.
• Providing practical and commercially focused HR advice to managers and employees.
• Coaching and supporting leaders through people-related challenges and formal processes.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
• Assisting with organisational change and workforce planning initiatives.
• Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently.
• Producing HR reports and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing and culture projects.

What You'll Bring

• Proven HR Advisor experience within a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Strong employee relations knowledge and experience handling casework independently.
• Solid understanding of UK employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Positive, proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience preferred.
