What you'll have the opportunity to do as a Senior Consultant
- Supporting and leading large-scale transformation and programme management engagements
- Solving complex business problems and translating them into clear, actionable solutions
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor
- Managing workstreams and contributing to the successful delivery of client engagements
- Facilitating workshops and driving alignment across business and technical teams
- Supporting and contributing to RFPs and proposal development
- Producing high-quality client deliverables and documentation
- Playing a key role in driving business outcomes across engagements
The right Senior Consultant should have:
- 5-7 years' experience within consulting, programme management, or transformation roles
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting or leading engagements and managing delivery workstreams
- Exposure to RFPs, proposals, or business development activities
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
- Experience driving tangible business outcomes in client environments
- Salary from £60,000-£72,000
