Assistant Director for Adult Social Care - Local Authority - #2109426

My Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Assistant Director for Adult Social Care on a Contract basis.

The role will work extensively with the Health Service to lead, deliver and improve Adult's Hospital Discharge, Reablement, Occupational Therapy, Home Adaptations and Provider Services.

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

• Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across Home First and Provider Services.
• Manage services within a budget of approximately £12 million.
• Represent the Council at partnership boards, strategic forums and external meetings.
• Shape and influence borough-wide adult social care strategy and service development.

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Significant experience leading large-scale adult social care services.
• Proven track record of managing complex service transformation and improvement programmes.
• Experience of managing multidisciplinary and integrated health and social care services.
• Extensive experience of leading large budgets, resources and workforce functions.

What's on offer:

• Salary: £700 per day, inside IR35
• Hybrid Working

• Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday
