We are currently looking for either a Senior or Junior Operations Manager to join a Financial Planning company based in the City. This role is suitable for someone who had senior Administrative experience in a Financial regulated company. The role

Maintain Appointed Representative compliance

Liaise with the FCA to ensure the firm is compliant

Maintain CPD compliance

Chartered renewal

Chair the Investment Committee

Chair the Proposition Committee

Run Adviser 121 meetings

Liaise with our compliance consultants

Accounting tasks

Ad hoc Admin

The person

Experience in an operations or Senior Admin role within a regulated business

Demonstrable track record of managing a small-to-medium-sized teams

A degree-level education
