Company client sources millions of items each year from beauty bags and eye masks to teddy bears, umbrellas, gift boxes and glassware – and everything in between. Our highly skilled buyers access our network of hundreds of global providers to identify and procure exactly the right product for your campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage Central projects across complete client base following receipt of a full brief through to briefing suppliers and providing quote to client.
• Monitor the order process from start to finish
• Complete any required Central order quality process and providing completed forms as required by the client
• Manage the administration process as required by Premiums SOP, ensuring data integrity
• Be responsible for loading all central projects into the order management system and ensuring accuracy.
• Understand and analyse MI data to identify trends and help produce local activity reports, plus any other day to day data support as needed
• Assist on internal training within UK and European markets, including designing and delivering the required expertise
• Support on external (client) training with Head of Premiums (HoP), including designing and delivering the required expertise
• Support on any required client presentations, including producing and creating the information as well as presenting it
• Attend client meetings internally and externally as and when required including travel across Europe
Skills, Aptitudes & Experience Required:
· Account management experiences with client-facing, products known as promotional items, give-aways, freebies, or merchandising, premiums are in hot demand..
· Education to degree level.
· An obsession for deadlines and accuracy in supply detail with organizational skills and a hands-on attitude to production quality and cost control.
· Demonstrable, accurate and impressive skills in supply software and processes.
· An understanding of our key manufacturing processes.
· Have Can do attitude.
