Senior Data Analyst
Up to £80,000 + Bonus - London

We are partnering with a growing, technology-driven organisation operating within the investment and asset management space that is investing heavily in data and analytics to support its continued growth and innovation.

Due to significant business expansion, the organisation is looking to hire a Senior Data Analyst to join its expanding Data & Analytics team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping analytics capability within a business that places data at the heart of decision-making.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will be responsible for delivering impactful insights, developing reporting solutions and helping to drive commercial decision-making. You will also play an important role in mentoring junior team members and supporting the continued growth of the analytics function.

This role would suit a Senior Data Analyst who combines strong technical skills with commercial awareness, enjoys engaging with stakeholders and is passionate about turning data into actionable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver insightful analysis and reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making
* Design, build and maintain Tableau dashboards and self-service reporting solutions
* Analyse complex datasets and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve performance through data-driven decision making
* Mentor and develop junior analysts within a growing analytics team
* Contribute to commercial initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance services, improve outcomes and drive business value

Skills & Experience
* Advanced SQL skills with experience working across large and complex datasets
* Strong Tableau experience, including dashboard development and data visualisation best practices
* Strong Python skills for data analysis, automation and reporting
* Snowflake experience
* Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
