We're looking for Financial Planners to join a growing, remote-first financial planning firm that's been built from the ground up to do things differently.

No legacy systems, no admin mountain, and no pressure to push products. Just genuine lifestyle financial planning, supported by technology that removes unnecessary admin and allows advisers to focus on delivering great outcomes for clients.

What you can expect:

Making a move isn't always easy, which is why you'll receive a competitive basic salary while you establish yourself. You'll also be supported with business development and given the time and backing to bring across clients who choose to follow you once you're free to do so.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Working towards Chartered status.
• Experienced in providing regulated financial advice.
• Comfortable using technology to improve the client experience.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, lifestyle-focused financial planning.

The business operates on a remote-first basis across the UK, with shared office space in Leeds, London and Brighton, and the team gets together at least once a month.

Salary: £60,000–£95,000, depending on experience and grade, plus a quarterly bonus, pension, and full study support.
