You'll work alongside experienced Business Development Managers, helping to generate new business opportunities whilst developing the skills needed to become a leading sales professional in financial services.

You'll be at the heart of the sales team, helping drive new business growth by:

1. Building relationships with financial advisers across the UK
2. Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
3. Following up inbound enquiries and marketing campaigns
4. Proactively contacting advisers to generate meetings for the regional sales teams
5. Supporting Business Development Managers throughout the sales process
6. Attending adviser meetings (both face-to-face and virtually)
7. Learning how to manage a professional sales pipeline using CRM systems
8. Working closely with Marketing, Operations and Compliance to deliver an exceptional client experience
9. Becoming an expert in tax-efficient investment and estate planning solutions

1. Some commercial or sales experience (B2B, recruitment, financial services, SaaS, telesales or similar)
2. An interest in investments, wealth management or financial markets
3. A desire to work towards professional qualifications (CII/CISI)
