Our client is a growing technology company seeking a proactive and highly organised Virtual Assistant to support their CEO and wider team during a busy project period. This is a varied, hands-on opportunity to support the final stages of a company offsite while also providing administrative support across an important operational project.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a technology, start-up or scale-up environment and be comfortable operating remotely in a fast-paced, evolving business. You’ll be someone who takes ownership of tasks, manages priorities effectively and can confidently deliver projects to a high standard.

What you'll do
  • Partner closely with the CEO to coordinate the final planning and delivery of a company offsite
  • Finalise agendas, itineraries and event logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Coordinate branded merchandise with the in-house design team and oversee delivery timelines
  • Arrange airport transfers and manage final travel logistics for attendees
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep plans on track
  • Support an internal data transfer project by reviewing spreadsheets and ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date
  • Communicate regularly with the wider team using Slack and other collaboration tools
Who you are
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Experience working in a technology, start-up or scale-up environment preferred
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of your work
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and remote collaboration tools such as Slack
