We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Residential Care Manager - Nights at Wimbledon Common Care Home. If this sounds like the place for you, we’d love to hear from you!





ABOUT THE ROLE




Your focus as a Residential Care Manager will be to manage the group of Care Supervisors within the home ensuring that


a high-quality delivery of personal care is delivered to our residents. You will be an advocate for all residents,


maintaining


the best interest in all areas of the resident's wellbeing.






Other responsibilities will include:


  • Co-ordinating the

    resident assessment

    process, ensuring

    that

    the planned care

    is

    accurate and reflected in each individual care plan.

  • Supporting, guiding, and developing their team members.

  • Managing the process of ensuring that all equipment is stored in line with the manufacturer's

    instructions

    and is cleaned

    and

    stored appropriately

    after

    use.



  • Ensuring compliance with the Safe Medication Management programme, with robust auditing procedures.

  • Undertaking Quality Care Spot Checks reporting on the quality of care provided by Care Supervisors, Carers and Senior Carers within their team.





ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate must have:


  • NVQ Level 4 in Care or equivalent.

  • A Minimum of two years' experience in long-term

    care

    or similar

    indu

    stry.

  • Comprehensive understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards

    .

  • Experience in leading a team

    in a similar care environment.
