Technology Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £85,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

My client is a highly successful international organisation with a significant locations across the UK and Europe, they are looking for a Technology Manager to join them.

Technology is fundamental to the business, supporting operational locations and ensuring colleagues have secure, reliable and high-performing systems that enable an exceptional customer experience.

Due to continued investment and growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Technology Manager to work very closely with the IT Director, to lead technology operations, drive operational excellence and shape the future direction of technology services across the organisation. This company are looking to standardise how they work across different locations, having enthusiasm, determination and passion for your work, looking to make an impact, is an absolute must for this role. It will be a very pro-active role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading Technology Operations across a large, distributed environment.
• Driving operational excellence, standardisation and continual improvement.
• Owning Incident, Problem and Change Management activities.
• Managing major incidents and ensuring robust root cause analysis and permanent resolution.
• Developing operational standards, policies and best practices.
• Managing third-party suppliers, contracts and service delivery.
• Working closely with Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Architecture and Business stakeholders.

Experience within retail, fashion, hospitality or other large multi-site environments would be highly advantageous.
