We are partnering exclusively with a prestigious international law firm to recruit an Early Careers Advisor & Development Coordinator to join its growing HR team. This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a broad, varied role supporting the attraction, recruitment and development of future legal talent within a market-leading environment.

You will gain exposure across the full Early Careers lifecycle, from campus attraction and assessment centres through to trainee development, qualification and strategic talent initiatives - working closely with senior stakeholders and making a genuine impact on the firm's future talent pipeline.

What you'll be doing
  • Supporting graduate recruitment campaigns, assessment centres and selection processes
  • Coordinating vacation schemes, insight events and university engagement activities
  • Managing onboarding, compliance and candidate experience for future trainees and apprentices
  • Supporting trainee development, including inductions, appraisals, seat rotations and qualification processes
  • Acting as a key point of contact throughout the trainee journey
  • Working with universities, student organisations and internal stakeholders to strengthen employer brand
  • Supporting social media, attraction campaigns and Early Careers marketing initiatives
  • Delivering work experience programmes and a variety of talent development projects
About you

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience within Early Careers, Graduate Recruitment or Emerging Talent in a law firm
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine enthusiasm for developing future legal talent
