Days in Office: 4 days, Fri WFH
Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm (with some flexibility)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE

Company Overview:

We are working with a highly successful and entrepreneurial VC firm based in London who are looking for a fantastic Private PA to join their team. This is a tight-knit, sociable team that maintains an excellent working environment. This is an amazing opportunity to join a business that is high-performing but non-corporate. The team are incredibly bright, hardworking and collaborative and they're looking for someone who will become a trusted extension of the principal.


Responsibilities:

* Complex diary, lifestyle and family management
* Coordinating travel, holidays and logistics
* Managing multiple properties and ensuring homes are prepared for arrivals and departures
* Household and contractor management
* Personal administration including memberships, insurance, healthcare, vehicles and pet administration
* Light EA support including diary management and meeting coordination
* Arranging occasional UK and European business travel
* Organising company lunches, events and celebrations

Skills and Experience:

* Minimum of 5 years in a Private PA or similar role
* Highly organised and proactive
* Confident, polished and personable
* Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
* Happy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
* Comfortable building strong relationships with both the Partner and their family
* A natural problem solver who thinks several steps ahead
