Do you have a proven track record of carrying out repairs and maintenance works? Then this may just be the perfect role for you! We’re looking to bring on board a Multi Trade Technician specialising in Plumbing or Carpentry, who thrives in a challenging, fast paced environment. Your main base will be Bow, with regular travel required across East London and Essex. A company van will be provided.

You'll be an essential member of the Direct Repairs department providing a comprehensive, efficient, and responsive property service delivery. You'll successfully deliver the works required to a high quality, and as detailed within the order, to maximise first time fix criteria, appointment objectives, enhance resident satisfaction, with efficient working practices.

What you'll have

Experience as a Plumber or Carpenter.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You’ll have a ‘one team’, team spirited ethos.

You must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than six points and with no serious motoring offences in the last 10 years (i.e., CD, DD, DG, DR, IN, MR, TT). You must also have a minimum of two years driving experience. We will undertake driving licence checks on the successful candidate as part of our standard pre-employment checks process.
