Shorterm Group are currently M&E Site Manager on projects around London and South East England
This role focuses on ensuring safe working practices across M&E activities within a secure and high-profile environment.
Location: London & South East England
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 8 hours paid Overtime paid at time and a half.
Pay: £32/33 per hour CIS
Requirements:
* SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)
* Valid DBS check

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Project Manager with the preparation and maintenance of Health & Safety documentation for all M&E site activities.
* Supervise and coordinate labour on-site, ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with project requirements.
* Carry out regular site safety inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions.
* Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure correct use of PPE and safety equipment.
* Maintain accurate site records, including progress updates, variations, and information required for end-of-project documentation.
* Provide regular updates to the Project Manager, including any safety concerns, access issues, or potential programme delays.
