My client is looking for a SysOps specialist with strong knowledge of Windows client environments and practical experience in end-user support.

The position requires direct communication with end users in both German and English. The specialist will work remotely and provide support within the agreed service window.

Project Responsibilities

Process end-user support tickets, including analysis, resolution, and documentation.

Provide operational support for Windows client environments.

Troubleshoot Windows client issues and perform root cause analysis.

Install and deploy software on end-user devices.

Investigate software installation issues and perform error analysis.

Communicate with end users throughout ticket investigation and resolution.

Document performed actions, technical findings, root causes, and resolutions.

Provide support related to Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and PowerShell where applicable.

Record the actual effort spent for monthly service reporting.

Must-haves

Strong knowledge of Windows client environments.

Experience in ticket handling, including:

Ticket analysis.

Issue resolution.

Documentation of actions and results.

Experience in Windows client support and troubleshooting.

Experience in client-related root cause analysis.

Experience in end-user communication and support.

Experience in software installation and deployment.

Experience in software installation error analysis.

Experience with Microsoft Intune.

Experience with Microsoft Entra ID.

Experience with PowerShell.

Structured problem-solving mindset.

Fluent German.

Fluent English.
