An AI Implementation Engineer opportunity has emerged with a fast-growing, venture-backed AI business. Could this be the role where your hands-on AI delivery experience and your appetite for real customer impact finally come together?

The Role

The AI Implementation Engineer will take full ownership of customer deployments from initial kickoff through to go-live, sitting directly inside client environments and leading the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.

You will assess enterprise workflows and translate business logic into working AI agent behaviour. Configuration and integration work is central to the role: you will connect and ship agents against live enterprise systems. Beyond the technical build, you will also manage relationships with a range of client stakeholders

This is an opportunity to join an established but fast-moving AI software business at seed stage. With a rapidly growing team and enterprise clients already live the business is well past the idea stage, but early enough that the work you do will directly shape how the product and delivery function evolve.

The role is primarily remote, with candidates needing to be based within the UK, and some travel to client sites required.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate for the AI Implementation Engineer,role will have:

• Strong experience in a hands-on delivery role, such as an applied AI engineer, forward-deployed engineer

• Background working at an AI-first startup or project-led consultancy

• Experience deploying LLM-based solutions and AI agents into real enterprise environments,

• A strong technical background, with an understanding of integration with ERPs, REST APIs, and mixed-system estates using Python, SQL, TypeScript, or similar

• Willingness to travel to client sites across the UK and EU as required.
