A fantastic opportunity has become available for an ambitious and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive primary school in Waltham Forest. This full-time role is available for a September start and offers a competitive daily rate of £110 to £140, depending on experience.

The Role - Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, lead intervention groups, provide targeted support to pupils, and work closely with teachers to raise attainment across the curriculum.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school and will be confident supporting pupils across different year groups. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent classroom management, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a range of learning needs.

This role is ideally suited to an ambitious Teaching Assistant who is looking to develop their classroom experience before progressing into teacher training.
