Nokwol is entering an exciting phase of growth with an ambitious retail store rollout programme planned over the next 12-months.
We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Stock Room Assistant at our new Neal Street store to support stock operations. This is a full-time position focused on ensuring smooth and efficient stock flow to support the front-of-house team in delivering a top-tier customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all stockroom operations, including deliveries, storage, inventory counts, and organisation
- Ensure stock procedures are followed at all times
- Support the sales floor by running product quickly and efficiently during busy periods
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and compliant back-of-house environment
- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment and transfers as needed
- Assist in preparing stock for promotional periods and product launches
About You
- Previous experience in a stockroom, logistics, or warehouse-based retail role
- Extremely organised with strong time management skills
- Physically able to move boxes and product regularly throughout the day
- A proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail
- A team player who understands the vital role stock plays in retail success
