Our client, a global exec search firm, are looking to hire a pro-active and hardworking Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

Role: PA & Recruitment Coordinator
Firm: Leading global executive search firm
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum + bonuses
Where: West London
When: Monday - Friday / 3 days in office

What you'll do:

• Support the team with around 15 different projects at one time
• Work closely with the head of division to manage their diary, travel, and relevant paperwork
• Be the first point of contact for all candidate queries, ensuring they are responded to in a suitable timeframe
• Undertake full administrative aspects of the role
• Set up all candidate interviews and issue relevant information packs
• Organise client meetings and issue virtual links and invitations
• Manage CRM system and ensure all information and documents are uploaded and correct
• Provide excellent liaison with clients to provide a high quality service in partnership
• Support with business development tasks

What you need:

• Previous experience within a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with heavy administration and diary management
• Client facing experience
• Keen eye for detail and high attention to detail
• Impeccable written and oral skills
• Outstanding organisation and time management skills
